Services
From cleaning.
To caring for your facility.
We tailor the scope to your surfaces, working hours and priorities. Start with one service and expand as your needs evolve.
Professional
cleaning.
An everyday standard for offices, warehouses, production sites and institutions.
Cleaning should reflect how a facility actually operates. We consider footfall, surface types and available working windows.
Workspaces
- Floors and accessible surfaces in office areas.
- Meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors and shared spaces.
- Emptying bins and moving waste to agreed collection points.
- Work at times agreed with the building management.
Hygiene areas
- Washrooms, kitchens and staff facilities.
- Cleaning agreed high-touch surfaces.
- Checking and replenishing hygiene supplies within the agreed scope.
- Separate tools and methods for different zones.
What do we agree before starting?
The rooms and tasks, frequency, access arrangements, handling of documents and equipment, materials supplier and feedback process. We also define exclusions: locked rooms, sensitive equipment and surfaces requiring a separate cleaning method.
Periodic cleaning
and special tasks.
Daily service and deep cleaning address different needs. Both deserve a place in your facility plan.
We define periodic work after assessing the material, level of soiling and access conditions. Depending on the agreed method, it may include deep floor cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, accessible glazing, and cleaning after refurbishment or before occupation.
The surface comes before the method
Stone, protective coatings, wood and carpets need different products and working parameters. We check manufacturer restrictions, whether a discreet test is needed and the acceptance conditions. Work at height and specialist access are assessed separately.
A predictable working window
We agree the date, closure period, options for phased work and conditions for reopening the area. This puts the service into your business calendar instead of leaving it to the last minute.
Cleaning tailored
to production.
Regular hall and support-area cleaning, plus periodic work within agreed access windows.
A production-site cleaning plan starts with shift patterns, types of dirt and rules for moving around the hall. We agree the scope with the person responsible for the facility and production organisation.
Halls and circulation routes
- Cleaning accessible floors and designated pedestrian routes.
- Cleaning agreed areas around workstations.
- Choosing methods for the floor type and identified soiling.
- Moving ordinary waste from bins to designated collection points.
Staff and support areas
- Changing rooms, washrooms, dining and staff rooms.
- Production offices, meeting rooms and shared areas.
- Replenishing hygiene supplies within the agreed scope.
- Separate equipment and schedules for halls and hygiene areas.
Periodic work and shutdowns
We plan deep floor cleaning and thorough cleaning of accessible zones during agreed breaks or shutdowns. The quote specifies surfaces, methods, access conditions and acceptance before the area is reopened.
Clear boundaries of responsibility
Before starting, we agree the site’s safety rules, staff preparation, work-area segregation and the contact who authorises access. Cleaning inside machines, production lines, areas with specific hygiene requirements and removing hazardous substances require separate assessment and confirmation of delivery capability.
Facility support
under one coordination.
INDIVIDUALLY AGREED SCOPE
A facility needs more than cleaning. That is why we start with the full list of tasks you want to organise.
The building’s everyday needs
We assess needs for minor maintenance, fault reporting, liaison with service providers and contractor access. The quote makes clear what Aureon handles, what requires a specialist and which decisions remain with the administrator.
Outside areas and seasonal work
Grounds, entrances, car parks, green spaces and winter services need a separate organisational scope. We confirm the availability of specific work, equipment, dates and responsibilities for each location before quoting.
One clear responsibility map
Combining services requires clear boundaries. Who takes the request? Who approves an extra cost? Who contacts the equipment service provider? Agreeing these rules simplifies day-to-day work and reduces hand-offs between contractors.
Three ways to work together.
Regular cleaning
For facilities needing a regular cleaning service. Agreed zones, frequencies and performance checks.
Facility support
For administrators looking to combine cleaning with additional tasks. One coordination for scope and responsibilities.
Multiple locations
For organisations seeking a consistent standard across several sites. We confirm delivery capacity for each location.
How do we prepare a quote?
Floor area is only one factor. Room types, intensity of use, frequency, access hours, floor condition and material costs also matter. We quote against an agreed scope, clearly separating regular, periodic and additional tasks.
