We are building Aureon around our own team and close client contact. We aim to be a partner with whom you can define scope, discuss problems and plan the next stage of cooperation clearly.
We start with offices, warehouses, production facilities and institutions. They share a need for everyday reliability but differ in how they are used. Our work therefore follows shared principles with site-specific delivery.

Cleaning offices, shared spaces, washrooms and support areas to schedule. Caring for assigned equipment and reporting site needs you notice.

Cleaning machine operator (all genders)
Well-kept floors. Well-organised work.
Your responsibilities
Machine cleaning of accessible floors in halls, warehouses and production facilities. Preparing equipment, caring for its condition and working in designated zones.
Who are we looking for?
Practical cleaning-machine experience, attention and respect for site rules matter. Tell us which equipment you have used.
Facility maintenance team member (all genders)
A well-run building starts with daily attention.
Your responsibilities
Routine rounds, identifying and reporting faults, minor maintenance and support with service visits. Duties matched to the facility and your qualifications.
Who are we looking for?
We seek practical technical skills, independence and good organisation. List your experience and qualifications. Work requiring specific authorisation is assigned only to appropriately qualified people.
Team and facility coordinator (all genders)
People, schedules and quality under one coordination.
Your responsibilities
Organising the team, planning staffing, checking service delivery and liaising with the client representative. Introducing new colleagues to their tasks and handling incoming requests.
Who are we looking for?
Experience organising teams, communication and problem-solving skills are important. Tell us about the size of teams or facilities you have managed.
