Facilities and sectors
Every place
has its own rhythm.
A tailored service starts with understanding daily operations. Explore our approach to offices, logistics, production and institutions.
Ready for
the working day.
In an office, service quality is felt in the details: at the entrance, in meetings, in the kitchen and at your desk.
What do we consider?
Team attendance, room use, peak days, front-of-house and support areas, and room-access rules. In hybrid workplaces, it is worth identifying the days and spaces that are actually busiest.
How do we organise the scope?
- Reception and shared spaces: presentation of entrances, floors and accessible surfaces.
- Workstations: tasks that respect documents and equipment.
- Meeting rooms: service to the agreed schedule.
- Kitchens and washrooms: frequency matched to user numbers.
- Periodic work: a separate plan for carpets, upholstery and glazing.
Agree these points at the start
Will work happen in the morning, evening or during the day? Who provides access? How should an out-of-hours meeting be handled? What may staff move, and what must they leave untouched? These agreements become site-specific instructions.
Cleaning aligned
with your operations.
Warehouse cleaning plans must account for goods flows, shifts and zone availability. Good organisation matters as much as the cleaning method itself.
Different zones, different functions
Circulation routes, picking areas, staff facilities and offices call for different approaches. We assess soiling, floor access, obstacles and the rules for sharing space with site employees.
A plan that follows site traffic
- Working windows agreed with the operations manager.
- Segregating cleaning zones in line with site rules.
- Methods matched to the flooring and type of soiling.
- Separate arrangements for halls and hygiene areas.
- A reporting process for soiling requiring a separate intervention.
Before we quote
We need details of the accessible cleaning area, shift system, equipment traffic, water and power points, and equipment storage. Production-line cleaning, food-processing areas and hazardous substances require separate scope assessment.
Order on the factory floor.
A plan built around shifts.
For production sites needing organised support for production spaces and staff areas.
At a production site, where and when cleaning happens matters as much as the result. We align schedules with shifts, internal traffic and access to individual areas.
What can the agreed scope include?
- Accessible hall floors, pedestrian routes and designated circulation areas.
- Areas around workstations within boundaries agreed with the site.
- Changing rooms, washrooms, dining rooms, offices and shared spaces.
- Periodic work scheduled for breaks or shutdowns.
- A schedule, task list and feedback process for each zone.
Planning before entering the hall
With the site representative, we agree routes, access restrictions, work-area segregation and staff requirements. Equipment and products follow an assessment of floors and dirt. Changes to the scope during live production require agreed delivery conditions.
What information helps us quote?
Area and zone plan, production type, shift system, soiling, required frequencies and available working windows. Water points, equipment storage, waste rules and contractor procedures are also useful.

Spaces for people.
A transparent standard.
Places used daily by employees and visitors need consistent rules, clear responsibilities and services matched to room availability.
Organised around users
We consider opening hours, events, peak attendance and restricted areas. Administrators also need to be able to check the scope and report discrepancies through an agreed process.
What do we specify in the quote?
- Rooms, surfaces and service frequencies.
- The split between daily and periodic tasks.
- Access, material storage and working arrangements.
- Acceptance, recording feedback and corrective actions.
- Event support and off-schedule tasks where requested.
Where an enquiry includes a specification, our quote addresses those requirements. Healthcare and other specialist settings require a separate assessment of procedures and qualifications.
A shared standard.
A local approach.
We are starting in Poland. For organisations with multiple sites, we agree capacity, schedules and scope separately for each location, while keeping shared working principles.
